I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Okay, now my neighbor won't stop texting me. Poor dude is lonely. He's nice, but I don't really have dating advice. Sorry, dude.

Is it D?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Nora, I laughed so loud I scared the cat. No. It's actually a neighbor from 4th St., I don't think you ever met him. He just texted "Call me crazy but I like you" and I actually texted back "Like me, or 'like me like me'?" He says "Like you, or I wouldn't have contacted you." Hmm. Still unclear. I wonder if he's been drinking.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

A neighbor just texted me and wants to take me to dinner as friends. I kind of thought he might have a crush on me, but I think he'll respect boundaries.

ask him if he minds if someone comes with. if he does, you'll know.

I'm glad to have brought some mirth! The thought kind of amused me as well.

OH MY GOD, I've been nursing a hangover all damn day. Tom and I had some cocktails before dinner, then a couple drinks at dinner, and then like 3 beers with a family friend on Frenchmen St. Went to bed at like 2am and have not really recovered since. Gonna go out to dinner soon downtown to celebrate me and Tom's 10 year anniversary of dating! Must get ready...

Whee, awesomecakes! The hangover not so much.

I've reclarified that "just friends" is what's up. Maybe I should introduce him to KR? He seems cooler than S...

Thrive to spite them

YAY Avengers!

I changed my mind about wanting to wait until next week to see it and Will and I were near our favorite theater - and it was packed. So we're back to watching it next weekend. There will be plenty people then, I just didn't want to deal with the crowd for some reason. And we went to an antique and craft show that was disappointing. The number of vendors was way down from last year. I saw some things I wanted but couldn't justify buying. What I really wanted was soap and some lotion but no one was selling and there were several non crafty type people. I saw 2 booths for knife sets.

We have a chicken pot pie which we bought from the market and just baked in the oven, a salad with TCG made, a bottle of white wine, and a DVD to make up for the lack of TV.

Avengers, whoo hoo! StW and I are going tomorrow.

That sounds lovely. Unpacking is such a bitch; I'm still not quite done, and it's been almost a year. Just gotta fix that bookshelf...
