Super yay. That's a very sweet image.
We're listening to the Ramones and Matilda is "smacking Emmett's tushy" to the beat while he stirs the batter.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm sitting at a Denny's, waiting for my veggie burger. I really wish there was better food along route 80.

At least she's not calling him Smacky the Man-Pony.
Schmacky the Man Pony!!!
Never fails to make me giggle.

So true!
They are currently discussing whether her head would be delicious with butter and syrup on it.
Also, Emmett changed the lyrics to "53rd and 3rd" to a song about pancakes.
I've also noticed that passersby stopping to wave and say hello to my little boy is apparently independent of culture. People everywhere find him irresistably adorable.
I, for one, believe yours is the best parentage for our future overlord.
It might be a math error...Hush you. You are harshing my mellow. With that, I am at the dealership. Did not wake at 7 to get here first. Woke at 10, and exhausted. Tons of spoons to ND!!
Service rep hasn't a clue what problem is until they check it. That won't be until at least 2. Waiting for shuttle service to take me home so i can sleep, shower, and eat.
Argh. I just spent an hour wrapping my mom's gifts (I get weirdly obsessive, which would be fine if I didn't always wait until the last minute) and am now eating a quick bite before heading to the post office and then JF. Man, I wish I didn't have to go. My hip is killing me again, and I don't think riding a bike 35 minutes each way is going to help.
Poor ND. He's really exhausted and overwhelmed with work. He's been working 12-16 hour days for weeks without any time off, yet because some businesses are slow to pay, we are scrambling to pay the bills. I know this is part of owning your own small business, but I just want him to be able to take a day off.
Pix, that sucks so badly.
Thank god, I just got out of my volunteer shift. I feel badly, and I'm bummed, but the pain just keeps getting worse and worse. Going to head to the post office and then come home and take some Tylenol with codeine.
Weirdly, I'm also getting an anxiety attack. Really, body, WTF?
