Now that we are mentioning it a lot I don't want it to turn up on a search as easily.
I don't think the board turns up in searches like that.
Like, you couldn't google his name and get a hit here. We don't index it that way. (As I recall.)
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

But honestly, it's the internet. It's probably wise to abbreviate anyway.
We have stuff that tells well behaved search engines not index our posts. But any search engine that chooses can ignore that and index them anyway. Or, since our content is dynamic, it would probably be possible for an honest error to cause our stuff to be captured. I can't imagine how offhand, but the bug creation process can be amazingly creative.

Shouldn't that be feature creation process?
Sorry. No really, this time I am sorry.
Would folks mind changing his full name down to VK.
Absolutely, and very sound reasoning, but it still made me blink to see Pix say, "VK can bite me." My first thought was, Oh, no! What did Connor do to ND?
JZ,
I thought the same thing! I had forgotten overnight who was being discussed, so I'm thinking, "damn" Pete from "Mad Men" is a bastard in real life too!
Happy wedding day vw!!!
I have a friend who does something closely related to this -- or rather, he's not a cardio, but an internist who specializes in the medical (not surgical) side of treating people born with various congenital issues as they grow past their initial round of repairs and into adulthood. Just tonight, he was talking about how new it is to really treat post-congenital-defect stuff as its own specialty, because (a) it's gotten to be a much more common & expected thing for their patients to live that long and (b) as they do so, they've gotten to understand the lifelong issues so much better.
So, for sj's nephew, there will be docs who are trained to really know his issues, and not just as an exception. But the hell if I can remember the name of the specialty, or if it even has one yet. Also, my friend might even be out of residency by the time the wee one is grown!
amych, that is fascinating and makes perfect sense. Just from my own personal experience with spina bifida, there is a ton of information and resources for children with spina bifida, but just try and find information for adults.
It's bug/batman wedding day! Fabulosity! I won't be able to watch, but I'll lift something alcoholic in your direction.
Congrats, erika, you made me bark with laughter before I've had coffee.
Tep, so sorry. I love the prescription yeast infection pill, can't remember what it's called. Also, a piece of garlic wrapped in gauze up the hoo ha actually does help and is way less messy than the other stuff (thread dental floss through for easy removal). Or Vonnie!
I don't doubt that the garlic tampon has an effect, but boy does it take me a very badfic place
