Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Congrats to Windsparrow & Daniel!!

I kind of like my left leg, dammit. It keeps me balanced.
so? The shark should aim for the right leg??? I'm confused.

P-C, despite the risk of sharks, I say, go for it! Bring your iPad/kindle/whatever, so you can have a handy diversion. Wear the geeky t-shirts. And flirt! (this coming from the guy who is a bit of a hermit and horrible at asking women out...so... I guess I'll live vicariously through you that weekend). and like everyone says, it's only a weekend. And if the folks are footing the bill, why not.

Thrive to spite them

Congratulations!!!

Has it really been 10 years since you guys met? That seems unpossible!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Thanks, everyone!

Oh, look. Just a small sampling of some of the many many many many many reasons I Do. Not. Swim. In. The. Ocean.

Yes. This. So very this.

Also, corollary to the Do Not Click on ita_!'s links is Do Not Click on Hec's shark links. The teeth... so many teeth.

Thrive to spite them

In my little corner of Florida growing up there weren't too many shark sightings that I know of. Although I was walking on a dock one day and saw a smallish shark swimming (it was 4 or 5 feet of shore at the time).

But when I went to the Bahamas it was the barracudas that freaked me out.

Also sharks will attack if you do things to piss them off. Not at "my" beach but somewhere relatively close a teenage boy was bitten in the chest by a nurse shark (I'm guessing a smallish shark a few feet long). If I remember right the shark clamped on and didn't let go until the killed it.

The kid admitted to poking and harassing the shark before it bit him.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Congratulations, Windsparrow and Daniel! Best of all possible wishes to both of you!

How many Buffista couples does this make now? I know you guys didn't *meet* on b.org, but I'm counting you anyway.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Do Not Click on Hec's shark links. The teeth... so many teeth.

I have a shark's jaws that friends gave me as a gift. It's pretty cool, although the teet are sharp as fuck. Yes... so many teeth.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Congratulations to you both!

Dude, you poke a shark? It gets to bite you. And I don't even think we should necessarily teach kids to always respond with violence. But if you poke a shark, the shark gets a turn too.

Congrats, Windsparrow and Daniel!

Thrive to spite them

It's been awhile but I think because it was a little shark so the kid didn't think it would hurt him.

I was always sorry the poor shark had to die.
