I've been pretty tired lately, so I suppose I could have fallen asleep for a minute with nobody noticing and dreamed it. But I'm usually pretty good at telling the difference between dream and reality, and my sleep deprivation would have to be pretty extreme for that to happen. And if it is not a dream but an actual false memory or hallucination, that is even more scary.
Real sleep dep is a scary, scary thing. Our bodies really do need sleep to function correctly and, even, in the right reality.
I am glad you are going to check with a doctor.
What Cass said to Typo and P-C.
Congrats P-C though for putting yourself out there. It takes bravery and you have that. It doesn't feel great, but in the end, it is a really good thing. You'll be able to slay dragons soon enough! :-)
Typo, yes get yourself checked out. You also might have a sleep disorder that a physician can help you get checked for.
And you are good looking, smart funny guy, so once you start directly letting women know you are interested, you will find one who is interested back.
This. I see lots of evidence of guys being clueless that women are interested. I know it isn't easy, but you have a much greater chance of hearing yes if you ask.
Typo, it sounds like time wonkiness to me! I have only experienced this in sleep. Check it out.

When I was in college, a male friend advised me that if I liked a guy, I should get a stick, write "I like you" on it, then hit him with it. I don't think he knew how close he came to a good clue-sticking, there.
LOL
that is really really funny.
Good on ya, P-C.
Typo, sounds like a good time to talk to the doctor. Are you unable to sleep or just really really busy?
WindSparrow, thanks for the laugh first thing.
Dog is refusing to go out and pee in rain. ::sigh:: I guess I have to get dressed and take him. Overslept and won't be at DMV when it opens like I wanted, but oh well.
You could have also written "clue" on the stick.
Or, you know, offered to pack your bags and move in with him.
Worked for me.
I finally made it to the DMV, after a detour caused by a flipped vehicle (yikes!). I thought there were, like, seventy people ahead of me. There's only seven!! That's so much better.

Well I am busy, but I thought I was getting enough sleep. I never sleep more than two hours straight but I can always fall asleep again right away, so I get eight hours total during the night over the course of a bit longer than eight hours. Did not think that was really sleep deprivation.
