Now we're saving a vampire from vampires. I got two words for that -- Nuh and uh.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Punishingly Intricate

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Oh, Jilli! That is so fucking fabulous! I am thrilled for you. And this is a real position, right, not a contracting gig?

After all that cleaning related work I feel like every non-upholstered surface should throw cartoon sparkles and emit a soft chime when I look at them.

Heh. I know what you mean.

Still no birth cert (I don't know that I have a copy, but I feel like I should?) but making lots of progress. I think it's time to see if NOLA has Shred-a-thons ever, because my little 2-sheets-at-a-time shredder will take forever for everything I've got. I can shred any tax stuff older than 2005, right? I have back to 1997.

Lord, the stuff I've kept. My freaking AP placement test scores. Phone cards from when I lived in France (1996). A shitton of Clex fic amyth printed out for me. Etc.

Also, can I get some bike~ma? I've been refreshing the craigslist bike sale ads like a lab rat, and just left a message for a nice little cruiser for only $40. I may already be too late, but I really hope not. I so need a bike!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Congrats, Jilli!!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I'm not certain my nerves are going to survive inch worm season. I just found another one on my neck. If one has a larva phobia, that leads to jumping up, screaming, slapping and having the dog wonder what the hell is going on.

HOLY FUCK.

WTF.

no like larva. no no no.

no.

no.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Two loads of laundry are finished (the things that never go in the dryer are hanging dry, and the dryer load is folded and put away), and a load of towels are in the washer. Granola has been made and is cooling on a pan so I can put it away. Step one of bathroom cleaning is underway (bleach in the toilet for stains and germphobia). The cat Toke is VERY happy about Step One of the bathroom cleaning, because she loves bleach smell like I love peanut butter. Seriously. That cat ain't right.

After the bleach step is finished, I'm going to the gym, then coming back to finish the bathroom, put the towels in the dryer, and wash all the dishes (I've been pretty good at doing them every night, but this week has been hit or miss, so the sink is full, and now I've created more dishes making the granola).

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Congratulations, Jilli! Best news!

Really ain't right. And aptly named.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

And this is a real position, right, not a contracting gig?

Yes! Full-time employee (with HEALTH BENEFITS!). And the office is in Pioneer Square, so no trek to the Eastside! (Plus it's 10 minutes from where the StuntHusband works, so we can meet up for lunch.)

You guys, I am SO excited.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Why are there worms on your neck? That's not right! Like, with legs it doesn't bother me so much, but WORMS???

meara - Mar 30, 2012 10:58:45 am PDT #10676 of 30001

Yay health benefits!

Smonster, a copy of your BC is good to have, just in case (if passport gets stolen?) but you could always get a new one from wherever you were born, I guess. I'm sure I have AP scores and SAT scores around somewhere, myself. :) My new plan is with the new job I was allowed to order lots of office supplies--so I got a new shredder. One I already had for downstairs when the mail comes in, one for upstairs for work docs and paid bills when I don't need them anymore.

Inchworms dangle on threads from trees. Or drop from them.

Oh my goodness! That is just terrific on top of fabulous with a big ol' side of WOO HOO.

Go Steph go!

I think I missed out on the bike. I called just five minutes after the ad posted! ::sigh:: I think there will be a glut of bikes when students leave for the summer, but I don't want to wait that long.
