'Underneath'

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

You should. I mean, at the very least you get to talk SPN. Anything else is gravy!

Plus, if you meet him, and he's not to your taste, just pull out a 50 page hard copy of the worst SPN fanfic you can find, tel him you wrote it and ask him to read it and tell you if it's any good. Right there. Now. No, NOW.

Better than Mace, man.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

So, I'm watching Letterman because the First Lady is on. Aside from my enormous girl crush on her, I want to have her makeup. She looks amazing.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Does Lubriderm go bad? The skin on my knuckles is dry and cracked right now, so I dug out a bottle of Lubriderm from some of S's old stuff, and put it on my hands. The skin on the back of my hands instantly turned red. I washed it off immediately, but the skin on the bacl of my hands is still red, and now the backs of my hands are all dry, and I think I'm getting some kind of a rash.

This bottle may have been old before I even got here, so it could easily have been that much while. Don't know if I have any benadryl or claratin. I'm so poorly supplied.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Ouch. Slipped in shower, jaw found toilet on way down. Hip, hand, low back and face hurting. Everything moving properly, just ow-ey bruises and likely sprained hand. Ibuprofen/ice/arnica is making work tolerable as long as i'm veeeery careful about what i do with injured hand. typing ok. Picking up lunch bag? So not ok. Can't get appt w/ chiro until Thursday (boooooo.) Wondering if should go with a muscle relaxer (for the resulting back/neck spasms) or actual painkiller for trying to sleep. Still have vicodin and oxy from broken foot. Seems bad idea to mix n match any of the rx's, but i know right now i'm hitting the ibuprofen every 4 hrs so that's not gonna get me decent sleep. This is when being on night shift becomes annoying, the only Dr's avail are at the ER/Urgent care and i'm certainly not that bad off. Boooo.

Thrive to spite them

I slelpt. Not great bit Ifeel asleep and stayed asleep until 4 when are I deciced to take the rest of the klonopin. I feel like I can do things instead of feeling stressed from a night of tossing and turning.

And I realized therapy is really helpful. I was able to stop and redirect the blame and shame thought loops I get.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

askye I'm glad you had something remotely resembling a decent night's sleep.

erin_o I don't know what is most likely to help you sleep, but I sure hope you figure out what you need so that you can.

Librarian Warlord

Oh, sleep. I remember that stuff. Vaguely.

Nora & smonster, my sister and BiL are headed to NO for a few days and I am wondering if you have restaurant recommendations for anything nearish where they are staying. They are not people who dress up and go out, so nothin' fancy. They will eat chicken & fish, but no red meat or pork. They are staying at the Country Inn & Suites/French Quarter.

Really, they will be there for the music.

Sox, go clean your ears with hydrogen peroxide.

I did this.

Really, they will be there for the music.
