Nora & smonster, my sister and BiL are headed to NO for a few days and I am wondering if you have restaurant recommendations for anything nearish where they are staying. They are not people who dress up and go out, so nothin' fancy. They will eat chicken & fish, but no red meat or pork. They are staying at the Country Inn & Suites/French Quarter.

They're calling Zimmerman a "neighborhood watch captain". I read this morning that it turned out he was not actually associated with any registered neighborhood watch groups.
Everything I've heard about Zimmerman suggests less "neighborhood watch captain" and more "shooting incident waiting to happen."
