Mayhem and fear could also be a business model.
My supervisor and I sent in the short proposal for Throwbacks today! Woo hoo! We'll see if we make it to the next round. Totally pulled our financial number out of our proverbials.

Mayhem and fear! And a fanatical devotion to the Pope!
And a fanatical devotion to the Pope!
From my reading of history, that's definitely a business model.
I just read this entire thread. You all are amazing.
What I need is a wife, someone to do the cooking and cleaning and admin trivia.
I've been wanting a wife for ages.
manufacture glass Mardi Gras beads locally from recycled beer and wine bottles.
That sounds fantastic! And I love
"Throwbacks: a reNOLAble resource"
I hope you will sell them outside of NOLA because I would buy some.

No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!
I've always wanted a wife, even (or particularly) when I had a husband. As someone once said about men, women and housework: The best women get is 50 percent; the best men get is 100 percent.
The campaigns for the beads and for recycling at Mardi Gras just write themselves. It would be great to have bins especially for glass bottles during Mardi Gras, with information about Throwbacks and recycling. Of course, it being Mardi Gras, you'd probably have to fish a lot of other crap out of the bins. Slogans: Show us your bottles! Mardi Gras is better the second time around!
So, I was up all night working on the business card design I really need to get printed soon.
I'd love to get your opinion on the design.
Honestly, I had one hour of sleep last night and 7 hours total over the last 3 days. I'm riding the last synapse available in my brane and do not trust me to see clearly.
Here is the front.
Here's the back.
bonny, I think it's both adorable and practical, and if I had a dog it would make me call you.
Ginger, I love those ideas! Totally saving them in case we make it to the next round.
bonny, I think it looks great. One question, is the contact info on both sides? Or just your motto and appointment info? I'm seeing cut off contact info to the right on the back, but maybe that's not really there?
eta Ginger, check out this local (to me) business. >[link]
bonny, I think it looks great. Space to write something, and looks very pet-lover cute, yet not twee.
