OMG - the students have been letting off a giant noisemaker in here. Something like an air horn. I swear my ears are about ready to bleed. And now I'm all jumpy.

I'm avoiding posting scary political stuff, but this quote is more funny/surreal/bizarre than scary.
"Any ad which quotes what I said on Sunday is a falsehood," Gingrich said, amazingly.
Gingrich: Quoting me is lying about me
This is about the Paul Ryan Medicare thing....
eta: Also, Gingrich glitter bombed
A gay rights supporter showered the Republican presidential candidate with glitter confetti in Minnesota
What keyrings do you guys carry?
I have a Fullmetal Alchemist keychain (Alphonse Elric), with my condo keys, my work keys, the key to my parents' house, and membership cards to Binny's Beverage Depot and DSW.
I have two sets of keys: my non-car keys is a brass loopy thing I've had since college.
My set of car keys is actually two sets: a ring with house keys etc., and the car fob and ignition key, both sets hooked onto a tiny carabiner. When I go running in the woods, I stash the house keys and the carabiner in the car, and just carry the car key.
My car keys used to have a little BtVS seal on it, that someone gave me years ago, but one day it flew off when I was pulling them out of my bag, and that was it. It was a nice little fannish thing, very discreet.
My car key ring has a little Swiss army knife on it - very handy. My house keys are on a work-related ring (it's a replica of the flag on aircraft landing gear - says "remove before flight" on it with the company logo).
I have had the same keychain for 11 years. It's got a B&W picture of Sean Connery as James Bond on a thick metal ring. I also have a little screwdriver on it--but not one as cool the ones Scola linked to! It fell out of my purse at my SiL's a few months ago and they didn't call us about it, because they thought it was a guy's.
My dad has had the same brass keychain since I was a kid, and it says "CIA File Room." I still love it.

A Jack Skellington (look surprised!) keyring that has a clip to hook it to a purse pocket. It used to be my Mom's.
I don't think I've ever had a keyring of good enough construction to last more than a few years. My Australia one with a spinny centre lasted quite a while, but the spinny part fell out. I just kept it because it was a gift from a really sweet guy.
I used to have a great pewter sun keychain, but then I lost my keys. Now, it's just a cheap valet keychain.
