A friend of mine, who does not watch Castle, is sitting next to Beckett and a writer at a cafe as they talk about her future storylines.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Aw, man! That kind of thing only happens to people who don't care.
I'll be a freelance writer, editor, copy editor and proofreader.
I would say that. When someone finds your card in six months, you want them to remember what they want to hire you for.
Yeah, she says she knows next season's plotlines now. I did tell her like last night that she would enjoy the show, so she'll probably start watching now!
I just finished the Hunger Games trilogy
Mockingjay is the darkest goddamn thing I've ever read. Jesus God.
Also, there's a lot of Hunger Games talk in Literary, but you'll have to search. If you can pinpoint the release date of Mockingjay, I know a lot of people read it as soon as it came out. Don't know about the other 2.
Mockingjay was released towards the end of last August, and there was definitely quite a bit of discussion about it at the time.
My bees now have a two story hive to call home. This task was on my To Do List so I could check it off (early, even), but I am keeping y'all in the loop. Pictures 10 second video of a bee walking around near the hive opening
Thanks, y'all. I am literally curled up in bed with my snugglepup. I tried to explain how I feel to my sis, but she is not a reader.
And I kind of feel like having an f2f in ita's ER so to talk some sense into her doctors and nurses. By any means necessary.
I like this. Kind of like when I had my third seizure in the ER, after I collapsed on the bus (second seizure) and I had about 10 of my friends standing around me when it happened (plus a doctor and a nurse--nothing like having a lot of witnesses to something you can't remember yourself. At least I know it really happened. Also, many of my future caretakers got to see The Real Thing up close early on.) The ER doc pumped me full of 800 mg of IV Dilantin, and wanted me to stay overnight, but I mumbled something about how I didn't want to (because I had just spent the night in the Neurosciences Hosp. the week before getting a C-T scan and an MRI and and EEG because I had had my first seizure and a concussion) and the doctor was insisting, and I was too out of it to fight it, and my friend Jennifer (who is fiercely intimidating pretty much all the time) got up in his face and said, "She doesn't WANT TO. We've GOT THIS."
They got me out of there, got my prescriptions filled, got me called in sick to work for the next two days, took shifts watching me, got me hooked up with a local neurologist, took care of my dog, and got shit done. Which is good, because I have almost no memory of those first 48 hours.
Point is, an army of Buffistas might not go amiss. And I might bring Jennifer along. She's one of my friend Gabe's healthcare powers of attorney, even though they live three time zones away, because she's just. That. Good.
Oh, and smonster, reading first Hunger Games right now. Soon, we'll be able to discuss! And trade. And discuss some more.
Ooh! The hive looks great! The paint is lovely, and there are bees! In your hive!
I just got a good look at our nesting Says Phoebe, and she's definitely not the same bird as last year. So I'm pretty convinced that the mom from last year died, and this is one of her offspring. It's amazing to me how fearless this one is. She flew from the woodpile to the speaker, and she could see me, but she knows who I am, so she just looked at me. And after a minute, she dropped down into the nest to feed the chickies. I'll see if I can get a good photo of her sometime soon.
