The CSI:NY started with a bunch of food trucks in one spot; don't know if it was actually a rally. But, being a CSI show, yummy food was followed by death and destruction.

ahhhhhh. reason # 547 why I cannot work in a job like this. I work in the warehouse office for a really small company and right now am the only one in the office for parts of everyday. The only people that should come here are deliveries and our own workers, but some customers just came by looking for a replacement part and OMG I WAS SO FREAKED OUT. Older couple both with height and weight on me and all I was doing while they were here was running scenarios of how to take them down and scanning for weapons.
GAH. I keep all doors locked, but they could see I was in here, so I let them in. Now they are gone and I am leaving before they come back to kill me!!
My hummingbird nectar is getting eaten by something, but I haven't seen a bird near it since I started putting it out a few weeks ago. Maybe I'm just not around when they are.
This weekend I really want to start running again. I know the first few times (after over a year of not running) are going to suck, but it's the only thing I've ever done that reliably kept me in shape. Also, I'll be watching the Smallville finale with some friends tonight and Doctor Who with some friends tomorrow night. Clean a little, garden a little, etc.
I'm watching the Smallville finale tonight. (And FNL - sometime either tonight or tomorrow AM.)
No other plans.
I need to organize by which I mean throw things out.
Um, msbelle, maybe don't attack customers. But also, be careful! And maybe get a new job that's not in a warehouse.
I've put one coat of paint on the hive body. It's not on my To Do List so I can't check it off, so I'm telling y'all.

Want some company?
-t, I frequently add things to my list that I've done and then check them off.
NPR just reported Jonathan Coulton had $500,000 in revenues last year. And since he has minimal overhead, that's almost all profit. Not too shabby!
he he ... my mother loves hummingbirds and once we were visiting a friend of hers and she suddenly said, "oh look! a hummer!" ... I'd been hanging out in Bitches too long, so you can imagine where my mind went (yes - I am twelve)
Want some company?
Sure! If you don't mind running for maybe half a block, staggering for the next half a block, walking a bit, then trying to run again. (If you want to wait until I can get half a mile under my belt consecutively, I'll totally understand.) I was thinking of heading out ~ 7 am tomorrow.
