Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I started reading Salon when I read an article about it somewhere else (NY Times, I think), and then I clicked over to TT and started reading there. My roommate (this was my freshman year in college) watched Buffy, so I'd watched the first few episodes of that season and liked it, so I started reading the Buffy forums at TT.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

This

I joined because I was bored at work

combined with this

I found TT because of a link from a Salon article about Buffy

led me to the Buffy board at TT. And I am so very glad I found my way there.

This is me, though I didn't delurk until the Phoenix Board was up and running. I think it was during season 2, which is when I started watching Buffy.

I found out yesterday that my town is finally having its own farmers market starting next Tuesday, and it's only five minutes away from work, so I can go there on my lunch break and stock up on fresh stuff, go home and put it in the fridge, and still come back to work within my allotted lunch break. Yay! (They'll also be having it on Saturday mornings, but I'm having class that day until the end of June.) The other farmers markets around here don't start until mid-June, are Saturdays only, and a bit of a drive, so this makes me very happy.

ETA: And looking at the list of vendors, I do believe there is going to be a knife sharpener there--I can drop off my knives on the way to work and then pick them up at lunchtime. Double Yay!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I feel ita's pain. Did you guys know that sinus headaches are actually migraines? Now I don't feel like such a sinus wimp!

Because books.

Go, Kathy! Halfway is kickass.

I remember hearing that, bon, and I think there are two major sinus headaches I can remember that I definitely qualified.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

My sinus headaches were ultimately diagnosed as migraines. But are ALL sinus headaches really migraines? Cause that is news to me.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I don't have any work to do that doesn't require motivation to do so I'm not doing any.
