Great pics, lisa! Love that shot of you with your bridesmaids behind you, and you and your hubby look awesome throughout!
Ilibrarian/archivistN, this is a hilarious visual recap of a Harlequin novel in which the hero is a prince and the heroine an archivist. I'm taking archiving this summer, and I am so looking forward to sending this on to all of my classmates!
This is one of my faves: [link] The photo is so silly and happy and sophisticated and gorgeous all at once.
I love so many of them! For one, Bob with backup singers Lisa And The Attendants. Also many of the little kids.
Lisah, those are wonderful photos! You all look great!
They are lovely. I showed my student intern and she loved them too!
Those are some of the bestest wedding photos I've ever seen.
I kind of wish we had gotten family group pics (since there are no pictures of some folks, like Bob's littlest nieces who did not hit the dance floor with as much fervor as a couple of my nieces) but that would have just taken time away from the partying.
Now my student intern and I are ready to kill each other. She just did a mailing, and when I wrote the letter, I dated it (mistakenly) September 2011. She asked me about it, and I said something like- "wow, I was really ahead of myself". I assumed she changed it before printing it. She did not.
What is really irritating, though, is that when I said we were going to have to pull them, she said that she shouldn't have to redo it because it was my fault for not telling her to change it.
I am totally willing to share responsibility, but I hate that knee-jerk "not my fault" thing! It is partly her fault, and anyway, would you say that to your boss! I have redone hundreds of things that were my bosses' faults, AND pretended they were my fault!
She thought going to print with an obviously wrong date was just fine, and if only you'd mentioned that that date was in the future!
