And then there was the one guy that tried almost every single relative of his ex, my cousin, once they broke up. He never succeeded with family (well, we went out on dates, but I never put out), but all his unrelated girlfriends after her really looked like her.
I'm not asking for all that! Just a sperm donor who doesn't have to raise the kid, but should feel free to donate to their upkeep anyway. Reasonable, right?

One old friend of mine, who seriously dated another mutual (very close)friend, attended an event I ran with his new wife.
It was one of those occasions where I'm sure I did not fix my face in time. Seriously. When they say 'spitting image', it didn't even reach the level of clone this woman was.
I hope they ended up being happy. But, it made me really sad for him.

I hooked up with a guy whose girlfriends all looked the same. I did not look like them, and I never achieved the status of girlfriend. I really didn't look like them. It was kind of creepy. I think he's married now, to one of the clones.
And off the top of my head I can think of two (more) krav instructors who did the same damned thing with at least the girlfriends I saw.
I know people have types, and I don't always pay the most attention, but I would be weirded out if I saw a guy's photos of him with my doppelganger. Really weirded out.
I admit I have looked at guys and felt untowardly fond because they physically reminded me of someone else, but I've never actually acted on it.

One of S.'s best friend was so eager for me to meet the girl he eventually married -- "She's just like you!" (Not looks, I should clarify -- he only meant personality apparently.) I HATED her. She was nothing like me at all, and S. agrees. Makes me wonder what lens his friend (who was mine, too -- I've known him since high school) was viewing me through.
