The status is NOT quo.

Love the new color, Kathy!

Suzi, deep breaths. Just relax and have fun. If it sucks, keep thinking about what a great story it will make! (Always worked for me when I was on a bad date.)

Cuddle, then clean. Mornings are a gift.
Love this.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That is a great colour, Kathy.

I think my future husband was in the movie theatre in the row in front of me, except he didn't ask me to marry him. This is a problem.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So true. Although I find most bad first dates are just boring. But you can take an hour of boring!

Well, you have numbers on your side (since I don't seem to bother with first dates), but at least I can say my bad first dates, all two of them, all got enough use in the retelling that although I'm still bitter about the one guy, they've kind of paid for themselves.

At least.

I still crack up over the time I realized in mid-date that I was on a date with a male Cordelia.

What goes with quiche, if you're doing dinner instead of brunch? We just had plenty of ham for Easter, so I don't want to go that way, but I'm afraid quiche and salad won't be enough for dinner tomorrow night for my mom.

I'd go with a tomato or roasted veggie soup and a big bunch of grapes along with the quiche and salad.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Kathy, your hair looks great! Very pretty color, and very flattering on you.

I have the non-matchy-eyebrows problem myself, as my hair is now red but my eyebrows are dark and must stay that way, else my face seems to disappear. I say "problem" but in truth I don't care.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What they all said, Kathy--it looks great!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Thanks, everyone! Looking in the bathroom mirror, it looks a bit darker than that picture, so I'm still a tad iffy. I was going to wait until Wednesday to go for a swim (definitely wearing a swim cap)--does that sound long enough?

Good luck on the date, Suzi!!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Kathy, that's a terrific color!

Everyone in my household changed their hair today, except for Aeryn since she hasn't got any. But Ethan took Dylan to the barber shop where they both got haircuts (Dylan's first non-me cut!), then Ethan shaved off half his beard while I dyed my hair back to blue. Whew!
