Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
I didn't have crib baldness. I had what looked like male pattern baldness due to a symmetrical persistent fungal infection. The hair never grew back there properly. You can kind of see it better in this flattering picture. The hair grew back in, but is more delicate and tends to a different shade.
