Both the SF and Palo Alto offices are having a high tea this afternoon, in honor of the wedding
Dude! So unfair! My employers would never do anything like that. For, um, good reason. Still, a nice tea with scones and tiny sandwiches sounds lovely.
... which might mean it's time for me to go get some coffee.
This is the only evening dress pic I've seen, Pippa: [link]

okay, here is a roundup of the fashions for the wedding (mostly the wedding party it looks like). Unca Nick (from Project Runway) wrote it all up:

Hee! It's a magic cat portal!

Hee- that's hilarious, le Nubian.
Tom and Lorenzo as always have great commentary on the fashions with lots of photos:

Maid of Honour
We don't know her, but we definitely want to after hearing she ran afoul of the palace for wanting to install disco balls for the party. And if that wasn't enough to make her an instant gay icon, she got what she wanted. Stared down the queen and shouted "Give me disco balls or give me death!"

Hats
Darlings, we're pretty tapped out, but we couldn't close the blogging day without the following advertorial, brought to you by the British Millinery Association. If there was one common response worldwide to today's proceedings, it was, "Man, those Brits sure do love their jacked-up hats, don't they?" Old Black ladies in church on Easter Sunday would look at these hats and think, "Those white ladies are wearing some crazy hats!" Hats of the UK? We salute you today. How could we not? It was like a garden full of color and shape and just a little bit of crazy to make it fun. Pick your best and worst. We've gotta give it up to Princess Bea for sheer nerve. It takes some royal brass ones to show up at your cousin's wedding wearing a be-ribboned toilet seat. Brava, darling. Way to get yourself trending on twitter.
I had chips and guac and radishes for dinner. Yay! The avocado and chips and lime were on sale, even. It was the supermarket made me do it.
I was thinking that any kid of Wills and Kate might have a decent chance of non-baldness because Kate's dad seems to have quite a healthy head of hair.
