That was my immediate reaction, too. It looked silly and uncomfortable.

Suzi, they are. The one wearing Cthulu is ETA (I've been getting them mixed up all day) Beatrice. One blog called her outfit pink, but it sure looks beige to me.

Yep. Princess Eugenie, the one in the relatively sedate bright blue feathered hat thing, once wore a hat that looked like it was a flock of enormous butterflies. The two of them kind of take the hat thing several degrees further than even most of the other royals.
