I wouldn't do it on purpose, but if my options were parkinglot vs stuck on a highway, I'd totally sit in a parkinglot and figure out possible exits in every fucking direction.
Of course, I wouldn't be filming most likely.

ita, it wasn't betadine, which I do not react to, but something they have used to replace betadine since people are allergic to the iodine in betadine.
Yoga today was good. Still not the level of challenge I'd like, but lots of long holds on poses. Lots of focus on alignment. And my abs are sore because of how we were using kidney loop.
Oh man! I'm reading Heart of Darkness right now. So good. HARD. Extremely hard. But good.

What Cass Realized in Yoga - My toes are painted with Orly's It's Not Rocket Science over basically black for maximum green sparkling. My fingernails are OPI's Purple with a Purpose. If I didn't wear mostly grays and black? I would likely dress like the Joker.
