I know it's the shallowest, most selfish response to all the storms, but I do tech support for insurance adjusters, and we're already being seriously hammered at work, and I'm really hoping that the computers of all the folks out working in all this are working perfectly.

ita, it wasn't betadine, which I do not react to, but something they have used to replace betadine since people are allergic to the iodine in betadine.
Yoga today was good. Still not the level of challenge I'd like, but lots of long holds on poses. Lots of focus on alignment. And my abs are sore because of how we were using kidney loop.
Oh man! I'm reading Heart of Darkness right now. So good. HARD. Extremely hard. But good.
I did a yoga class that was awesome tonight. But it was not a Kat class.
What Cass Realized in Yoga - My toes are painted with Orly's It's Not Rocket Science over basically black for maximum green sparkling. My fingernails are OPI's Purple with a Purpose. If I didn't wear mostly grays and black? I would likely dress like the Joker.
Well, I'm up with the tornado sirens, woo! Bad shit is now going down in GA, in the dark. The only thing keeping me sane is the awesome twitter feed of a local meteorology student. Until he tells me to take shelter NOW I an not waking the kids.
