Actually, I was thinking it would be sort of like a pet. You know, we could...we could name her Trixie, or Miss Kitty Fantastico, or something.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

And now I'm missing the audio from the Stonewall program because the National Weather Service is informing us that there's thunder.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Wow, I would almost get up at 5:30AM for that, Vortex, sounds delicious!!

if you still lived here, you would have been welcome! F is coming, I think.

There are times when I think that I would have made a good housewife, in the throwing dinner parties and making shit from scratch sense. I love to entertain.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Skipping to the end to announce: the bees are installed.

HELLO, BEES!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

And huh, I am surprised to hear Daughters of Bilitis with an eee sound in the middle.

"Beee-litis"? That's how I pronounce it.

I was actually reading about that a few days ago, in a string of links that started with The Waltons.

The actors who played both Grandpa and Grandma Walton were gay, and Will Greer was also a lefty activist who was blacklisted.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Bih-lee-tis. I said bih-lie-tis.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

It's totally one of those read it before I said it words for me, and my brain always always wants to say it BILL-itiss.

I have got to figure out who to complain about about the lack of separation between the end of the show and the preview for the next thing. Makes me nuts!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Skipping to the end to announce: the bees are installed. That was not so hard, but having some fraction of 10,000 bees buzzing around one's veiled head while one moves the queen does get the adrenaline up!

We have a friend who's about to set up a hive (I did not realize that one can ship bees through the US mail), and I impressed him with my knowledge of making simple syrup to get the bees started. I eventually confessed that I learned it from you, and lost all my bee cred. But I'm tickled that now I know TWO people who have bees.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ah, fuck. Just realized my coop shareholders meeting is the same night as a pub quiz I was supposed to go to. It's probably bad form to send a proxy when I'm on the board, right?
