Thanks, everyone. David had cancer for the past ten years and the radical decline he went through in the past year made it not surprising that he died. His poor son, Adam, had his mother pass away 4 months before David moved in with him.
I am flirting with applying for a new job at a pilot/community school. My old MA program advisor works there (which is a negative -- he's one of the reason's I never finished grad school). But it's a 12th English/History position which is kind of fun. Time to write a resume and cover letter.
I'm sorry for your loss, Kat.
I'm sorry, Kat.
Not-cancer ~ma for Typo Boy!!
Goose egg carving:
Holy crap, those are incredible.
Kat, it is time for your friend to become a legend.
No cancer for you, TB.
So this morning was to be short skirt and stockings and suspenders, except the skirts were too short, and then the stockings had a run, so mid-length skirt and boots and fishnet, except boots #1 need to be re-heeled and I can't find boots #2. What's with that? Where can they have gone? Except into the wilds of my bedroom...
So I'm daring mid-length skirt and fishnets with character shoes. But no one pays attention to how I dress if there's no corset, right? I mean, not if I got away with yesterday's skirt. Which, was totally okay because it was longer than my fingertips, right?
Very sorry for your loss, Kat.
Health-ma for Typo.
Gives April the stinkeye
Good news on the job, though, msbelle!
I will add my sentiments to Frank's/
So, I feel like I need to go through the Time 100 list and learn about all the people I've never heard of. I don't, right? [link]
