Congrats, msbelle!
And condolences to Jilli, Gud, Fred and their families.
I need to clean my scanner, clearly (sigh,) but I just scanned in a batch of photos my uncle sent me after going through my aunt's stuff. He figured I'd want them. He was right: [link] My dad as 12 year old! College dad! My mother looks like jailbait! [link] (She would be either 25 or 27 here.) Me at 9 with Dad and Carol [link] !
msbelle, that's great news.
The job is in a warehouse office for a swimming pool safety equipment company. I'll be answering phones and entering invoices.
Huh. I just discovered that while I was in the UK, when people left voicemails for me (like Hec's ass), I was charged for those minutes even though I never actually checked the messages. Luckily, T-Mobile will be crediting my account since I've been with them forever and no one ever told me about that.

WTF?
It makes a certain kind of sense because the caller had to use the local tower to leave the message. So it was as if I'd answered the phone and let them talk.
Next time, I can call and ask them to disable my voicemail while I'm gone. The same thing happened in Budapest, but the customer service rep didn't have that explanation for me.
