I just sent that to my friend who sent me the mini-crossbows link with the comment that we should start a mini-army.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
What would you rather be doing right now than what you're doing right now?
A NAP PLEASE GOD. (Thanks to the wrath-of-god storms last night that turned out to be not so wrath-y, I got about 4 hours' sleep. I almost feel drunk from sleep dep right now.)
Not having a headache is my answer too, but I'm pretty sure the headache level isn't.
Sleeping is also pretty high up there.
What would you rather be doing right now than what you're doing right now?
Well, eating pie with Dean Winchester's on the list. Sitting on a balcony restaurant in Santorini, sipping wine and watching the sea is also there.
But, honestly, what I'm doing now (sitting on my sofa and doing my job while House reruns play in the background) is pretty good.
I'm pretty sure that, when it comes to Roe v Wade, it's already too late to save it. I think it's South Dakota... there is one clinic IN THE ENTIRE STATE where one can get an abortion. I'm guessing there are wide swaths through other states where abortion is pretty much inaccessible as well.
What would you rather be doing right now than what you're doing right now?
Traveling the universe in a starship.
Or maybe getting a massage.

Yeah. Plus didn't SD just institute a 72 hour waiting period before one can get an abortion? So women have to travel all this distance to this single abortion clinic - twice.
If you're asking, I'd like a spa day.
Why did my student who is getting a D skip his office hours this morning? Doesn't he know I don't want to give him a D? Why do I care more about his grade than he does?
sigh

Eating shrimp remoulade in New Orleans.

Grrr. It's hateful!
