I've already moved on to curried tuna salad on whole wheat.
Grilled cheese is so, you know, yesterday.
It's retro.
It's ironic.
I did not have a grilled cheese, but I did have a tasty roast beef sandwich for lunch.
I am having a bad day. Today's administering of sub-q fluids to Tzepesh was not as smooth or easy as yesterday's, and he hasn't eaten since Tuesday. We are going back to the vet today.
Also, Pete has a cold, and I can't concentrate enough on anything to work on the writing that NEEDS to be done.
I would like a do-over of this year, thanks. I would also like to curl up, take a very long nap, and have someone gently wake me with a tray of scones, tea, and maybe some storybooks they would read to me. I was going to protest that my lunch was sincere, but I don't even know what's ironic anymore.
Eta: I wish you naps and killing sprees as your heart desires, Jilli.
Jilli, I've got a little list ....
