Deliveries of mole sauce are accepted all over Buffistaland, I'm pretty sure.
I'm not sure how good it is. It tasted a little bitter? Burnt? But I added some lime juice too it, and it doesn't seem as bad now. We'll see how it tastes at supper tomorrow.
IT usually tastes a little burnt from the roasting of the spices. Add citrus and if that makes it to bright, stir in chocolate. If you want to thick, add ground sesame seeds.
What's Edie Falco doing with a kangaroo?
Who in NYC has a camel?!
Was Aimee in NY?

Thanks! It's plenty thick...I didn't add as much stock as the recipe recommended, because I was worried it be too runny.
I should go to bed, but I haven't been around for the rollover of Natter in a long time.

Seriously? Does she have a pet kangaroo? What apartment allows one to keep a largish marsupial?
I should go to bed, but I haven't been around for the rollover of Natter in a long time.Me too! and me neither.
I'm unpacking and setting up my new laptop. I've never had a brand new, out of the box computer before. All the packaging and instructions are terribly arcane and impressive. And stickers to peel off the shiny, shiny surface!
Ok, but look, if you're going to rollover the thread, you have to name the new one.
