I'm unpacking and setting up my new laptop. I've never had a brand new, out of the box computer before. All the packaging and instructions are terribly arcane and impressive. And stickers to peel off the shiny, shiny surface!
Ok, but look, if you're going to rollover the thread, you have to name the new one.
Is there a new thread name?
Oz is on my lap, kneading my belly. I think he's trying to make up for peeing on my shoe.
If he'd tackle the dishes in the kitchen, I would never mention the shoe again.
What precisely does a sleep psychologist do?
Help me change my behaviours so I can beat insomnia without drugs. So far she's suggested deep breathing and a pre-sleep hourlong relaxation routine that doesn't involve TV or computers. She asked me what I would do instead. I told her "be bored?" But I guess I could finally get reading done. We'll see. I'll try tomorrow.
I should be grading, but at least that means I'll probably catch the thread turn over.
Natter 69 is just going to name itself, right?
Does presleep involve a bath?
I still have insomnia, but it's on the other end -- like I can fall asleep I just can't stay that way. Ambien not so helpful for that. I find that I wake up at 1:00 and think, "Can I take another ambien?"
There's the name right there. I credit Sue.
