Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

There are rumors that Radiohead is supposed to show up. There aren't any bands playing. The TWU just showed up, too.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

There was a report that a few different unions will begin marching/occupying with them next week.

What's it like over there? All the news reports are sort of lame and "stupid hipster kids let's laugh at them" kind of stuff.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Huh. Thunderstorm.

This week it was mostly a bunch of hippies camping out in the park, with occasional marching, topless dancing, vuvuzela blowing.

Now it's like a big party.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

This weekend I am skating, going to the opening day of my neighborhood's brand new farmer's market, weeding my sadly overgrown garden, going to see Moneyball and skating some more. Also making out with husband.

Hilarious or appalling?

IO9 posted a gallery of the best WW cosplayers on earth, and there's a chick from krav in it. I wonder if she knows.

I just pointed my 13 year-old niece to Rookie, and she has been thoroughly absorbed for the last 15 minutes. And she gushed to me about the fact of Amy's book (which she has yet to buy but saw and thinks looks "uber cool" and is going to buy and ohmigod it's so cool that you KNOW her and you know how I volunteer at B&N, well it's on my store's bestseller list this week!). Phew. So much energy! Too bad it's not contagious.

Completely understandable.
