Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

IO9 posted a gallery of the best WW cosplayers on earth, and there's a chick from krav in it. I wonder if she knows.

Now tagless for your comfort.

We're heading to Brickworld Lego Expo in Ft. Wayne, INM Owen's about to plotz.

I just pointed my 13 year-old niece to Rookie, and she has been thoroughly absorbed for the last 15 minutes. And she gushed to me about the fact of Amy's book (which she has yet to buy but saw and thinks looks "uber cool" and is going to buy and ohmigod it's so cool that you KNOW her and you know how I volunteer at B&N, well it's on my store's bestseller list this week!). Phew. So much energy! Too bad it's not contagious.

We're heading to Brickworld Lego Expo in Ft. Wayne, INM Owen's about to plotz.

Completely understandable.

I've come up with a brilliant idea. I just need Colin and his ex-co-worker Neil to buy in. I need to photograph them in some...cuddly positions, and then I do digital paintovers of the photos and then rocket to the pinnacle of Eureka fanart circles with my photorealistic work that always has precise references. 0-60 in the pop of a couple flashbulbs and the wave of a few cursors.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Cheater!

Hilarious or appalling?

Ooh, both.

I just realised that one of the most annoying things about a fee on my debit card will be not using it for internet purchases anymore. Hmmph.

Congrats at making it through, Perkins!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Go, Perkins!

Yeah, there's no way. I use my debit card for everything. I want to go cash, but...

Maybe I should go cash.

So! I'm so confused. This whole having the house reasonably clean all the time thing is throwing me off. I ran around for an hour like I normally do, basically doing the weekly thing. And then I took a break, and then I started doing "the rest of the stuff" to make the house presentable. Only there wasn't actually that much stuff.

So now I'm done, and the guests won't be here for quite a while and I don't know what to do!

brillig

Weather forecast calls for snow in the mountains next Friday, but rain in the valleys.

It's the most wonderful time of the year . . .
