Because books.

I'm trying to think who my dream artist might be.

The Bangles is the first thing that popped into my head, but a group like The Breeders would be cool.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

BofA customers here?

They are going to start charging $5 a month for debit card use.

Because books.

Garbage would be fun, actually.

Wow, and not just BoA.

Other large U.S. banks including Wells Fargo & Co, JPMorgan Chase & Co and SunTrust Banks Inc are already testing or plan to fully roll out monthly debit card fees.

Somehow, I can't make my heart bleed because banks fee revenue is tanking. I do need to change banks anyway. Inertia.

The result of those fees is that way more people are going to be using cash again...

or perhaps credit cards?

Right? And I actually do better spending wise when I stick with cash. I just don't usually because of the convenience. But I can and happily will if I have to.

Will they still charge if you use it as a credit card instead of debit w/ pin, I wonder?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So, if I only use it to take out cash from their ATMs, I'm golden? But one swipe in a store and $5 is levied against me? Wow. That feels like a step backwards.

Citigroup says they won't do it. Any reason not to switch to Citibank when the time comes?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The sun was only taunting us. Now it's raining heavily again. Poor hippies.
