Thank goodness, Rick!
It's funny, but I do occasionally think about who will be responsible for letting you all know of my passing.
That says a lot about the importance of this community in my life, obviously. It also says something about how the world has changed.
I have no idea how y'all will find out if I'm dead.
CFerg posts here occasionally, yes? (Because, of course, that's the first thing he should think of. What, he has other things to do?)
The SO knows about you guys, but I don't know if he'd think to come post here. I guess he'd announce on facebook, and you would see it there.
I keep an excel file with my most important passwords, basically so that M (or my parents, or children, or whoever) will be able to access any online accounts he/they might need after I die. It's mostly financial info, and then email, FB, and Buffistas.
Also, yes, I'm really glad you didn't die, Rick!

I will tell him it's his responsibility.
Now, him getting his password reset because he inevitably forgets it, that's a whole 'nother issue.
IO9 will assume I'm dead if I miss commenting on an SPN episode, so best I don't kick it during the summer.
I'm not planning on dying, so Pete, Plei, or Cass having to tell you folks isn't really an issue. One of them will also tell you when I become vampire witch queen of the universe, but I figure the pillar of fire and Clovis rampaging around in the giant MechaBunny may clue some folks in.
I'm very happy we didn't have to consider your death, true or not, Rick.
My "in case of my death" file gives instructions for logging into the Buffistas.
Y'all just made me happy that K-Bug knows you and some of y'all are friends on FB.
