Xander: I do have Spaghetti-os. Set 'em on top of the dryer and you're a fluff cycle away from lukewarm goodness. Riley: I, uh, had dryer-food for lunch.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yeah that is extremely bad form. And she probably will get called on it in a community as tight knit as Derby's. Just a couple of weeks ago an illustrator friend had to send a cease and desist order (or whatever you call it) to a league who were using a derby image she'd created on their website. I'd strongly argue against it.

I've been reading a lot of stuff online complaining about stolen images and artwork and it just blows that we have to deal with it. We took the image down off of the FB event page but it's almost too late to redo the event posters we've printed up already. She's a year or two more experience in derby and I would have thought she'd know better. Ugh.

Because books.

Can someone explain what heteroromantic means again? Because I'm way confused now.

Ooh, I hope you oust Conway. Frankly, I wish we could totally start over in B'more. I have no animus with SRB, I think she has done a reasonable job given the circs, but there's an oldboys-n-girls network deeply entrenched, and I'd like to see that go away.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Asexual (not interested in the sexytimes), but interested in a romantic relationship with a member of the opposite gender. Hearts and flowers but no penises. (Which is glib but more or less a shorthand version of it.)

Our wings are not tired.

I think in that case then, I'm heterkeepyourflowers.

I like to believe that "flowers" can be loosely interpreted as "comics."

Okay then: heteroletsgetiton!

I didn't really until this story started unfolding

Something not right is going on in that administration.

Thanks, Steph. That's what I thought, but I lost the thread there for a minute.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Y'all have been funny/informative talkymeat today!

Check Your Head for BB's fave, btw, on nostalgic merits alone.

I got a lot of work done today, and had a great meeting with a friend of mine who has gone to 3/4 time at her job and has launched her own graphic design biz. But I knew a lot of stuff and was able to offer advice, and that felt great! I have learned SO MUCH in the last 2 1/2 months!

Also, she is doing design work for me, and I proof her copy. SCORE! Take that, stock photos that I don't really love!

Also, my mom wants me to find a pot lid holder at IKEA. We have NO IKEA in KC, and she has the catalog. MOM. Search the website.
