I don't like the Grateful Dead or Phish or anything that jams for 15 hours.

That was...terrible.
You're hired!
Timelies all!
Argh. I found a message on my cell phone that I had a doctor's appointment this morning, which, obviously, I missed. Ok, today's date was on the card, but I thought that couldn't be right since my last appointment was in April and we had said 6 months. I called my doctor, and left voice mail, and I also called the main desk, and left voice mail. No one got back to me. Tomorrow I call again...

Don't make me laugh like that when I'm on the phone!
Too many people in my life think Public Enemy is noise.
But Public Enemy are awesome! Grateful Dead, not so much. They just don't do it for me. And while I recognize that Bob Marley is a genius and very important, I would rather not listen to any reggae at all.
We have officially become a 4-cat household. The kittens have been released, and are running around upstairs like loons. Trinian is Not Amused. Ruthven isn't sure what to make of this.

Hah!
I do love the Dead, though. We bought tickets to a concert the night before I had Jake, even.

Well, they do bring it.

Me neither.

I need to find my copy of Mozart's Dieus Irae.
Or good ol' Billy Idol.
I like Marley mucho and small doses of the Dead.
I'm finding there is a LOT of music that I used to be awfully fond of that I just never want to hear again. It's because I listened to way too much of it at one time, or it just didn't age well. For instance, I never need to hear Creedence Clearwater again.

Heh. Speaking as a Seattle native who was stuck witnessing the grunge scene, I don't think I will ever want to listen to Alice n' Chains or Nirvana again.
