Join me in hating the office copier.
Hah!
I do love the Dead, though. We bought tickets to a concert the night before I had Jake, even.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Too many people in my life think Public Enemy is noise.
Well, they do bring it.
I don't like the Grateful Dead or Phish or anything that jams for 15 hours.
Me neither.
And while I recognize that Bob Marley is a genius and very important, I would rather not listen to any reggae at all.
Me neither.
I need to find my copy of Mozart's Dieus Irae.
Or good ol' Billy Idol.
I like Marley mucho and small doses of the Dead.
I'm finding there is a LOT of music that I used to be awfully fond of that I just never want to hear again. It's because I listened to way too much of it at one time, or it just didn't age well. For instance, I never need to hear Creedence Clearwater again.

Heh. Speaking as a Seattle native who was stuck witnessing the grunge scene, I don't think I will ever want to listen to Alice n' Chains or Nirvana again.
There aren't a lot of 80s hair bands I can listen to. Bon Jovi makes me roll my eyes.
So apparently the smell in the air outside is fires in Minnesota. Weird.

You'll know it's really bad when I start saying that.
I missed out on most 80s hair bands. They didn't make it across the pond, and we had our own crazy hair over there. But Bon Jovi did, and I still love them.
I went to my car and listened to Redemption Song. Haters to the left, yo.
I had a meeting from 10-3 today, with one ten minute break. For which I was supposed to be taking notes. I have three pages full, but it's not enough. Who can think that long? Also, do they not have openings to their digestive systems?

Sing it, sister. Once I got out of high school, it was so freeing to realize I never had to listen to Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, or Led Zeppelin again. (Also REO Speedwagon.)
