Which is probably why they took the comfy loveseat out of the women's rest room in the remodel a couple of years ago. Well, if they are salaried, it doesn't matter if they nap, as long as they get the work done. I am salaried, so I get the bonus of leaving early to go skating if my boss approves, which must look like heaven to the hourly peeps, but then again, I don't get OT so when I come in on weekends, I get paid nothing. And I work almost every weekend.
