I gotta get on some more movement kick -- i just turned 39, and I am sore and unbendy. Now that it's nicer out, I'll get Arthur out for more walks.
I have to go to PetSmart tomorrow and get some flea dips and a flea comb. Arthur's not a problem to bathe and treat, but the cats have never been dipped, and that's going to be a PITA. I will have to take pix of their indignant wetness...providing I'm not bleeding from the throat. Gimlet will go CATatonic with the shock, and Greer has a long, silky coat that will be a pain to comb through.
But it must be done. Poor Arthur is CRAWLING with fleas, and so is Greer. The upstairs cats have a few fleas, but nothing compared to Arthur and Greer. Maybe I can just dip Arthur, Greer, and Minnie and flea comb and Frontline the upstairs cats.
I took the Bendryl on top of the Zyrtec, and I am pretty McGrogged. But the nose drip of death has stopped!
My lashes are fine with mascara on, too. I need a new one, though. I liked the one I had, but it gunks up more easily than it used to.
Also NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Damned.
I really want to try the new Clinique Chubby Stick, even though the name of it makes me titter.
Product rec: Dior Iconic Mascara. I loves it.
Ooh! Thanks, I need a mascara rec. Mascara is the last makeup thing I have refused to do. I have long straight eyelashes, so I'll need a curler too. My mom's male cousins got all the gorgeous thick curly hair and gorgeous thick curly eyelashes.
Erin, you might be able to get away with just putting Frontline or Advantage on the upstairs cats, but if the downstairs animals have a lot of fleas, you may have to Frontline them too after they are bathed, I dunno how long a dip will last, but I think the Frontline or Advantage will last longer and be a bit less stressful on everyone. The dip may/may not kill any fleas that are in the house, and those suckers will jump back on a freshly bathed critter and lay eggs, so at least the Frontline will kill 'em if they bite, and the eggs too.
I have short, sparse eyelashes, but the Latisse thing about possibly changing the color of eyes freaks me out.
Oooh -- Dawn! New Skulduggery Pleasant ON MY DOORSTEP TODAY!
I don't remember exactly when I started subscribing to Sassy, but I know I read every word of every issue of the last 3 years before it was turned into a weaksauce version of Seventeen, and I never ever cut a single page out of any of them. They live in a box in my dad's closet for now, along with almost every Spy from 1991 through about a year after its near-death experience. If I can manage to restock my lost collection of McSweeney's early issues, that'll be Matilda's college fund right there.
New Skulduggery Pleasant
I am sooooo jealous. I have no idea when/if I will get my hands on it. Bro is packing up his house as I type this - he is US bound in a week (yay!) so I'm probably gonna have to order it and then he'll probably steal it.
I have long eyelashes and lots of hair on my head. Unfortunately, due to my Italian genes, I also have long lush hair everywhere else. And due to my other genes, I am super pale. So frankly, I worry much more about hair removal than hair growth. I tend to think even a lot of people who let their leg hair grow would be taken aback by my unremoved mustache and chin hair.

Kicking evil very hard in the face!

I still can't cope with Tanith having a Remnant. I'm not expecting it to be fixed in this book -- that would be WAY too easy -- but I really hope it's eventually fixed.
