Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
It's pouring buckets over the entire east coast. We've gotten maybe 10 inches of rain since last evening, going by my rain gauge, and I know we're not even in the worst of it.

Yeah, we've had bands of thunderstorms rolling over central NC. So far today I've spend 15 minutes in the stairwell, waiting for an all-clear, and received two other "the stairwell may become relevant to you--listen for announcements" emails. This will supposedly go on all day. Unless our power goes out. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't already. Usually a squirrel sneezing on one of the transformers will knock things out for hours.
