Get up...get up, you stupid piece of... What did you do that for? What's wrong with you? Didn't you hear a word he said? All of you! You think there's someone just going to drop money on you?! Money they could use?! Well, there ain't people like that. There's just people like me.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

No, you're right, I need a snack. I've been doing good with the water, but I should grab something to eat.

The SO came in and talked to me right at the pivotal point, which resulted in swapping out a smaller end table for in here from the media room, bringing in a chair from the media room, moving out a shelf to the studio, and moving the chair in the studio to the media room. Which is all going to be super great, I think, but I wasn't planning on that much furniture moving when I started this!

And now I can't find the notebook where I wrote down the new office org plan! Ha!

Because books.

Have you taken time to keep fueled with food and liquid?

I totally read that as food and liquor. MOAR WINE.

You have made a ton of progress; I'm impressed. I got caught up in errands and then did not do what I said I was going to re: the office. Fail.

My nails are done. That's... something. And there's a peach cobbler in the oven. But, yeah, I guess I pretty handily avoided labor this Labor Day.

I totally read that as food and liquor. MOAR WINE.

Woo!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just remembered to do my nails, too! And put away the stuff I bought today. Something!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am home. Managed to do my nails before we left NY and also lounge, so I am not so tired from the travel.

After talking so much with my brother about nutrition and exercise, I have started an account on livestrong to track my eating. I am expecting to be nearly as bothered as I was by my finances.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I knew I forgot something. Maybe when I get back from the dojo. I should pick a color and have everything ready so I don't forget again.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I have washed and folded All The Laundry. I also stopped at the grocery store and pharmacy on the way home, and only bought what I intended at each! Go me. Then I walked Frankie and spent over half an hour talking to some neighbors (including a guy who moved here yesterday from Baton Rouge, who let me walk through his newly renovated half-a-double)(neighborhood loves carrots). Then I fed the animals and myself, and kept fighting The Dishes Without End. Now I need to put away All The Laundry, do a little work that I've put off, and probably fall into bed.

Need moar weekend, pls.

I um...slept in, didn't have sex because we had to check out of the hotel, went to brunch with friends, took a nap, and had a snowball. Next up food and swimming and hot tub. Yay vacation!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I um...slept in, didn't have sex

Ah, this is like every weekend for me.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I have spent money on things like pants (two of which, as ever, need hemming) and a raincoat since my pink dress raincoat is no longer water proof. Luckily I was at Land's End so it was all cheap.

I also replaced our nonskid bath mat and bath tub plug after 4 years. It's so shiny now!

Grace is in fits today and Noah is okay. It's like they take turns ganging up.
