So, I have a picture whose file size is too big for the website I want to upload it to, but when I save it as a gif, the quality is TERRIBLE. Is there any way to make the jpeg just slightly lower quality? The jpeg is 65KB, the gif is 25KB, and I have up to 50KB to work with.

This box is a trove of goodies from the past. I just found the letter of acceptance I got for my current job. It was faxed to me, dated 9 Dec 1999, and it's on that slick paper that fax machines used to use. I'd forgotten about that stuff! That was only 12 years ago.
tears were running down my face -- i couldn't read anymore - Matt had to finish reading for me
