I'm on film 5 of the Star Trek Movie Marathon on Cinemax today.
So, I have a picture whose file size is too big for the website I want to upload it to, but when I save it as a gif, the quality is TERRIBLE. Is there any way to make the jpeg just slightly lower quality? The jpeg is 65KB, the gif is 25KB, and I have up to 50KB to work with.
Save up those exclamation points. I may need them.

Jesse, are you working in Windows? I use Irfanview to do stuff like that. It can adjust jpeg quality and file size as part of the "Save As" operation.
