Ooh, mimosas and blueberry muffins sound like Just The Thing!
I have a short day at work, a couple of meetings that shouldn't be onerous, and just had a confirmation that I know what I'm doing here. So far, so good!!

Have a lovely labor day weekend, all!
Those of us who live in the midwest don't run into many celebrities, but my wife just called and mentioned that she had dinner last night in St. Louis at a table next to Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson (and one of Tyler's daughters). Mr. Tyler was apparently a rich source of data for a table of eavesdropping psycholgists.
I met Scott Hamilton, who was sweet and polite and brutally wee.
I've met him, too, Amy! His BFF was my BFF's brother.
Root canal ~ma to you, Teppy. It sucks but it's better than dying of a brain infection.
Sounds like they need at least two more teachers
Hell to the yes.
Root canal~ma for teppy
And lot of surgery ~ma for Mr. Maria.

Oooh! And which daughter??
Thinking of Maria and her DH this morning. Hope the surgery and recovery go well.
Also sending out ~ma to Steph for her procedure this morning.
The kids start school next week, which means this is the last weekday I get to wake up at 8 for a long time. That's the only dud about school starting, I need to shift my wake up to 6:30.

I can' imagine that was highly entertaining. Goodness knows, I'd love to have him on my couch.
I once tossed bread bits at G. Gordon Liddy's back in a restaurant called "Bilbo Baggins" in Alexandria. My date was certain I was going to get us arrested.
