I am not ignoring anyone, and I sincerely apologize for my emotional leakage the other night. Though ultimately, I'm glad I did it, because you are all the best thing for me right now.

The last two days have been crazy, as I frantically tried to get everything into shape before 5 pm today. I no longer work where I used to work, and it's really, really bittersweet. I've alternated between tears and sniffles today.

Tomorrow DH goes in for surgery, so I will be scarce most of the weekend. Tuesday I start the job I don't want, but now have, and we'll see how it goes.

Erin, I am so sorry you've fallen down the rabbit hole. If I added to that in any way this last week, I'm so sorry (again). Please let me know if there's anything that I can do.

No protection. Landed on his back or side, I thankfully didn't see or hear that as I was dialing 911. When I got to him he was on his side. The paramedics rubbed his feet and he didn't have any reaction, but he was conscious and talking.

then the fucking paramedics made his son fill out paperwork well after he'd been put into the ambulance. Dude, I know he's not gushing blood, but a little snap in your step? Act like you care even if it's just an act?
