Oh, no, Juliebird. That's awful.

Sending you much ~ma and good thoughts, Maria.
Sorry I've been scarce. Been busy.
Juliebird, that's terrible.
Oh my god, Juliebird! Was he wearing fall protection? Did he survive?
No protection. Landed on his back or side, I thankfully didn't see or hear that as I was dialing 911. When I got to him he was on his side. The paramedics rubbed his feet and he didn't have any reaction, but he was conscious and talking.
then the fucking paramedics made his son fill out paperwork well after he'd been put into the ambulance. Dude, I know he's not gushing blood, but a little snap in your step? Act like you care even if it's just an act?
Holy crap, Juliebird.
Ack Juliebird, how distressing.
Oh, how terrifying, Juliebird.
I tend to not have celebrity encounters! Unless Pete and Jilli count, in which case, I have them on a regular basis.
Dude. I am not a celebrity, shut up. Pete is a gamer celeb, that I buy.
Man oh man, I hope he's going to be okay. I have fall protection training this Friday and will be in charge of installing fall protection for my crew, so it's very much on my mind right now.
It was . .. unreal.
And then his son, who doesn't speak a lick of English, was standing there worrying about putting the ladders away while we're trying to tell him to get into the ambulance.
Just, fuck, out of the blue, bam.
