That's beautiful. Or taken literally, incredibly gross.

Oh & I'm doing loads of laundry. And did dishes all day. I swear, children generate so much of both!

Yes, yes they do. Though some of it is just sheer numbers of humans. I mean, of course 4 people make more dishes than I did when I lived alone!

Kid one keeps popping back up. Given he was up late last night and this is starting to be past his bedtime... but he's not disruptively popping up. Just wandering out "Still awake!" and he wanders back with chips or carrots (the canned kind, ewww.) So I really am not inclined to bring the hammer down.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

thank you all for the kind words, I do think this guy is a tool, but I also need to be aware of how at least some local HR people see things. I will be adding an "Objective" sentence to the top of the resume to make it clear that I am looking for an administrative support position. I think I will also move my skills section up to highlight the proficiencies in technologies. I may add in teeny tiny font somewhere "hire me or I will cut you".

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

That should be more subliminal, msbelle. Like a watermark.

America the Beautiful

As someone who grew up in "dive bars & serial killers" land, I can confirm that there isn't a shortage of either.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I may add in teeny tiny font somewhere "hire me or I will cut you".

Just don't use Comic Sans Serif or Steph will cut YOU!

Why do the Carolinas have fashion bloggers?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Why do the Carolinas have fashion bloggers?

I, too, am confused.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Just don't use Comic Sans Serif or Steph will cut YOU!

Or Papyrus.

(The font, that is. I think a resume on real papyrus would be keen.)

msbelle, sounds like he's an asshat, but that you are taking away ways to deal with asshattery?

I am currently working off of 4 laptops at the same time. This is a record for me.

My laptop has a hate-hate relationship with my LCD projector at school, making it not a good candidate for workage. So I am using another laptop so mine can go to the nice repair people. The other one has a newer OS (booo) and none of my crap. So I'm firewiring stuff to it. Except I can't get either laptops to work as a target so I'm firewiring stuff through my older home laptop.

First world issue, yes?

I also just agreed to 3-times a week OT for the month of May. Which means Grace's nurse will be taking Grace to 3-times a week OT for that month.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

I found a Renn Faire bodice at the thrift store today. I know the brand-- I have one already, actually-- and it retails for $140. It was discount day, so I didn't even spend the $25 it was marked as. Behold my thrifting, for it is fearsome.
