Are you busy tomorrow AM?

I'm usually up before everybody else, so morning should work, although we do have a house full of people right now.

My recycling is really going to look like I've had a party.

I get that feeling, especially if there's an empty liquor bottle in there. But really, who cares? I mean, do I really care if the guys looking through my garbage think I drink too much?

Well, yeah -- no one's actually looking through my stuff. And there are three quarts of milk in with the two bottles of wine, one of rum, and one of vodka. If anyone were counting...

Rain, rain, and more rain. No wind yet. Target was amazingly empty about 2 hours after the rain started. Walked right up to the register. Vegetable oil and brown sugar. Hurricanes=baked goods, apparently.

I really wish I had a car tonight so I could go shopping at an empty Target. Especially since the state of emergency means I could park ANYWHERE I WANTED TO.

Note to self: put stuff in big recycling bin NOT in smaller plastic bag.

There are Hello Kitty skulls in the craft stores. Pink, with a little bow on the side of the skull. They are deeply disturbing.

I've done nothing today other than work on my mom's cross-stitch piece, which I FINALLY FINISHED!!!

Sorry about the caps--I've been averaging about four hours a night (and 10-12 hours a day on the weekends) on that thing since July 1, so I'm just too damn excited that it's over with and before the end of the month. My goal was to finish it before school starts on the 31st, so I'm happy.

I haven't done any beading for a couple of months. I've picked up my current project a few times, but haven't made progress.
