I know! I was shocked. Technically the NDA is still in place, but the no compete was the larger issue. I'm only ever the second person they've done it for. I hope this is a portent of better things to come.

Now wishing I'd already sprung for a new laptop battery (will bring work computer home) but if the power goes out, I lose dsl thus internet. Maybe I'll ask for a ups for xmas.
