This one is so huge, we'll get something.
My bro is flying in to DC tomorrow and is supposed to drive my niece to B.U. to move her into college. First day of her freshman year and she is beyond excited--hope she doesn't have to be late because of the storm.
Last I heard, we're expecting it Sunday night, so they may be able to more or less beat it. At least on the way up.
Saturday evening into Sunday is likely to be the worst here. If they can get out early on Sat or even Friday night, best. But still doubt it will be a fun drive.

Holy crapballs. There was a crazy flood in 99 or 2000 that shut down a lot of the subway for the morning commute, but that was such a fluke. Also a mess. Although, hilariously, I got into the office about the time my coworker who lived nearby was calling in that she wouldn't make it.
Huh. Just lost a post. Weird.
I am driving back up to PA tomorrow since they've now ordered mandatory evac for visitors here (Del. beach) and are strongly suggesting that residents skedaddle. It's fine with me, but I just got back yesterday. Should have just stayed up there, but I haven't been home here since July 31st!
