None of the women in the pictures can believe that no one has snapped him up yet, I mean, he's such a catch!

Well, that was not fun. Just got home from a trip to ER with CJ. He is ok, but earlier he sneezed and immediately had a major nose bleed, as in both nostrils and it running down the back of the throat. That was bad enough and had us both concerned. Then he started to bleed from his eyes. We hopped in the car and went to ER. Things continued through registration and triage. By the time the doc came back to look at him it had all stopped. Of course. They still did a CBC, which came back normal.
Now that we are home and he is tucked in bed, my calm has left me. I need to call his doc tomorrow to see about getting his platelets checked. Breathe, Suzi, breathe.
Good lord Suzi! that is like X-files, Fringe crap. I would have yelled Hell No! thrown up my hands and started faking my way through Hail Marys.
Yikes, Suzi! I hope he's okay. He needs those eyeballs.
ACK! Poor CJ, that's bad!
Damn, Suzi! I hope it's really nothing!
Lord god, Suzi, that reminds me of when the aneurysm burst in my sinus cavity. That stopped, too, but a new sneeze started it up again. Not to freak you out, but just a precautionary tale.
The doc didn't seem to concerned that it was a major thing based on the blood work they did while we were there. But she said it was worth asking to have his platelets checked. Will call the doc tomorrow about a referral to a hematologist. Shoot, I could just take him to see my guy. May just call them and ask. Hmmmmmmm.
I just wish I could settle down a sleep, but I don't see that happening for a while. Bleh, this parenting stuff is hard.
Yipes Suzi! How scary. And a yeeps to Connie too, so glad that's past.
So I'm back. I love family but oy! I am so tired, every day was kept so packed. That's why I didn't get a chance to see you Connie. sigh. Next time.
And on the drive back to LA involved: 1) an overturned truck on the median outside Las Vegas, 2) a hazmat spill closed the fwy in Baker, 3) a 350 acre fire in San Bernadino.
Oh Suzi, many hugs. Is there anything you can take or do to help you settle down and relax?
