The doc didn't seem to concerned that it was a major thing based on the blood work they did while we were there. But she said it was worth asking to have his platelets checked. Will call the doc tomorrow about a referral to a hematologist. Shoot, I could just take him to see my guy. May just call them and ask. Hmmmmmmm.
I just wish I could settle down a sleep, but I don't see that happening for a while. Bleh, this parenting stuff is hard.

I have to admit, as freaked as I was, I kinda wanted to take a picture. I didn't, but the thought did fly through my mind.
I found my Lorazapam and hopefully that will kick in and I can get some shut eye. The whole experience was bizarre.
Oh, I had talked with KCD to let him know what was going on once we were registered. Before I knew it, he and his wife were headed to the ER to join us. By the time they got there, CJ was fine and just waiting for the CBC results.
